The listing is processed electronically for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). In most cases, Bill may choose to provide his own professional photos to the Toronto Real Estate Board if the property has special features.

Advertising is placed in the mainstream news papers on a regular basis. Your listing will also be advertised in the Chinese News papers (i.e. Ming Pao Gold Papers where Tridel, Green Park Homes, & Monarch Homes etc.. also place their ads.)

Seller's Costs

Legal Fees: Typically ranges from $450.00 to $1,000.00 plus disbursements. A Real Estate lawyer can provide you with details.

Real Estate Commission: + HST on commission.

Discharge of Mortgage: May be a penalty of three months' interest, the interest differential between the old and new mortgage for the balance of the term, or a combination of the above. Check with your lending institution.

The Move: May vary depending on your choice of movers (i.e. professional movers or packing yourself). Costs will be approximately $500 to $2,000.
